- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D funding for 2026 initiatives
- Manage external R&D collaborations with MIT, Stanford, and EU quantum labs
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Oversee patent strategy targeting 200+ filings by 2026
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and private funding
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
