Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neuro-interface technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams developing proof-of-concepts for futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech patents and academic breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through partnerships with leading tech labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biocomputing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certification in Future Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
