Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for 2026 integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into technical specifications and development roadmaps
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and track strategic progress

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
