Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market readiness

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop competitive frameworks for next-generation tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience in long-term tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
