Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, ACM, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding/grants
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
