Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends impacting technology, markets, and society through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Produce quarterly trend briefs and risk assessments for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, SFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex trend-to-strategy translation projects
