Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, advanced materials)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market trajectories
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
