Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market gaps and opportunity spaces
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, ambient IoT, synthetic biology)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact across R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong background in agile/lean methodologies for innovation
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
