- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Design frameworks for ethical technology deployment and sustainable digital transformation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and external innovation forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs for cutting-edge research
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech fields (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent strategic innovation credential
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Prior success in securing $50M+ R&D budgets for future-tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting or innovation strategy
