Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market shifts and disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen tech landscapes
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation labs focused on human-AI symbiosis and decentralized systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous and predictive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year market horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Executive experience presenting future-vision strategies to C-suite/boards
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- MBA or MS in Technology/Engineering with focus on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact at scale (>1M users/$100M revenue)
