You'll pioneer initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and immersive digital experiences while ensuring alignment with our ESG commitments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-forward technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, biotech integration, and Web3 infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for breakthrough technologies
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with ROI modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor the next generation of technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures across at least two emerging domains
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
