Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Analyze emerging technologies (6G, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage technology innovation budget ($5M+)
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
