Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2028 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of technological initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
