Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patentable IP strategies for next-gen solutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
