Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized systems and autonomous infrastructure
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling business case development
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Active membership in World Economic Forum Technology Pioneers or similar
