Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Manage innovation incubator programs for university partnerships
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
