- Create technology roadmaps with clear KPIs and ROI frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in technology management
- Experience scaling technology operations across global markets
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
