Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance in next-gen systems
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with pilot programs
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology disruption scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI on future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale innovative products
- Certification in AI ethics or quantum computing preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
