Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster innovation ecosystems through partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with scenario planning and forecasting technology market evolution
