Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for 2026 challenges
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, and climate tech
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with scenario planning for geopolitical and climate disruptions
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
