Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and scientists
- Develop patentable innovations in sustainable tech and human-computer interaction
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in Series B+ funding rounds
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech councils
