Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Oversee patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Track record of launching successful tech ventures or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong proficiency in futures research methodologies and technology forecasting
