- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Quantum Computing (e.g., IBM Quantum)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
