Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ market trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with product teams to translate future tech concepts into MVP prototypes
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
- Experience with technology valuation frameworks and patent strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating past tech innovation projects
