Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in quantum/AI project execution
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Deep understanding of blockchain, IoT, and neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs
