Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead multi-disciplinary R&D teams in developing patent-pending solutions for sustainable tech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives and market trends
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through thought leadership, whitepapers, and industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for next-gen tech procurement
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical AI development
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology ROI and environmental impact for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting, patent strategy, and regulatory compliance for future tech
- Strong background in sustainable technology integration and ESG frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional, DeepMind Ethics)
