Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR) for enterprise adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish vendor partnerships and manage technology ecosystem relationships
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state technology forecasting
- Certifications in emerging technologies (AWS, Google AI, or equivalent) strongly preferred
