- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technology disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least two: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical visions to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology management preferred
