Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market entry
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio including prototyping and pilot programs
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, bio-AI, Web3)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
