Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology vision aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioinformatics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-worthy frameworks for next-generation technological solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
