- Oversee R&D budgets and resource allocation for futuristic initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
