Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
