Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Technology Architect to spearhead our strategic roadmap leading up to and through 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and our core product lines, specifically focusing on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Autonomous Systems. You will be responsible for identifying disruptive trends, assessing feasibility, and leading a cross-functional team to prototype the technologies that will define the industry landscape in 2026.
At Nexus Horizon Labs, we don't just adapt to change; we engineer it. If you have a passion for the future and a proven track record of turning theoretical tech into tangible products, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption in 2026, identifying high-impact emerging tech (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms).
- Design and architect scalable infrastructure solutions that can support next-gen data processing and AI models.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical roadmaps and product features for the 2026 release cycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for cutting-edge technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Establish best practices for innovation labs and R&D workflows to accelerate development cycles.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive and ahead of market shifts.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology strategy roles.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Proven experience in leading R&D initiatives or managing technology roadmaps for major product releases.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends expected to mature by 2026, including Edge Computing and Web3 integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
