Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable systems
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Proven track record of 100M+ user system deployments
- Mastery of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27072)
