Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration across industries
- Prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technological adoption with societal needs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and ethics teams
- Author thought leadership publications on tech futures and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in technology ethics and societal impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
