Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, spatial computing, decentralized AI)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-4 concurrent projects
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Experience with scenario planning for tech disruption scenarios
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and EU tech ecosystems
