Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Coordinate with policy teams to ensure compliance with evolving tech governance frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems

- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication proficiency
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
