Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers positioning our leadership in emerging markets
- Advantage Fortune 500 clients on 2026 digital transformation strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Measure and report on strategic foresight ROI using proprietary Horizon Metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term trend prediction and implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
