Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Advolve Horizon Dynamics' proprietary foresight methodology to client-specific challenges
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, sustainable tech adoption, or digital transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or futurism publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
