- Deliver executive briefings on emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
