Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Lead strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation incubation programs for emerging tech prototypes
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching products/services based on futuristic technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
