- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons, patent development, and talent incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact on future tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep technical fluency across AI, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
