- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging tech domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation incubator programs for employee-driven tech initiatives
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability frameworks in all tech deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certifications in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or Innovation Management
- Prior experience building and leading high-performing tech innovation teams
