Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts, startups, and academic partners
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and technology showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or advanced materials) with market analysis experience
- Track record of launching or scaling technology-driven products valued at $50M+
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent strategic planning expertise
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
