Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems, focusing on quantum-AI convergence and biotech-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to access emerging research
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' program identifying disruptive technologies before mainstream adoption
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces, or Web3 infrastructure
