Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption risk assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development initiatives
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 24-month commercialization plans
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies
