Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps prioritizing R&D investments in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive presence
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Strategy preferred
