Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on quantum integration, neural interfaces, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, space tech, and decentralized systems
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring alignment with UN SDGs and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching technologies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Futures Thinking (CTF)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market in regulated industries
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, business, and governmental spheres
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
