Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct rigorous technology assessments and ROI analyses for high-potential R&D initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech evaluation
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience leading technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
