Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, biotech) into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on technological disruption and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching innovative products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
